Taylor Wagniere is a senior associate at Blecher Collins & Pepperman. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has worked on complex litigation matters involving antitrust, unfair competition law and business torts, as well as numerous state and federal appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wagniere handled a wide range of litigation, including defamation, elder abuse, wrongful termination, trademark infringement, and violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1983. She also externed for the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, and worked for both the Attorney General’s Office and the Los Angeles District Attorney.

Representative Matters

  • Represented patent holder against standard-setting organization for peripheral computer devices in antitrust action.
  • Represented solar energy company in defamation suit, winning a $1 million judgment including punitive damages following a prove-up hearing.
  • Represented corporate and bank clients in the negotiation of commercial leases and employment contracts, as well as the production of sensitive records under subpoena or court order.
  • Represented plaintiffs in litigation against government entities and law enforcement agencies for violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
  • Represented a decedent’s family in litigation against a hospital for inadequate levels of care and supervision in an acute psychiatric ward.
