- Represented several municipalities in an antitrust conspiracy lawsuit against natural gas and pipeline companies.
- Defending a gasoline/petroleum company against conspiracy charges filed on behalf of the State of Hawaii.
- Represented a telecommunications client that obtained a multimillion dollar monopolization verdict against a major incumbent telephone company.
- Represented several ISPs in DSL related monopolization suits against a major incumbent telephone company.
